Recipe:
– wash the basil leaves well, dry
– put all the ingredients in a manual mortar or a mini food processor
– crush everything until you get the desired texture
– serve as a condiment for pasta, cooked vegetables or meats
– if you want to keep it in the freezer, put it in an airtight container covered with a thin layer of olive oil and defrost on the date of use
Ingredients:
– 100 cc (one glass) of a 500 cc bottle of Patagonia I.G.Mendoza or Oroliva extra virgin olive oil
– Fresh basil 50 grs (20 leaves)
– Walnuts 30 grs
– Grated Parmesan cheese 30 grs
– Fresh garlic 2 cloves or dehydrated garlic 1 tablespoon
– Salt to taste
