Olive Oil flavored with Garlic (homemade)

RECIPE: Fresh or dehydrated garlic cloves. If it is fresh: wash well and dry with kitchen paper (it should not have moisture to avoid fermentation). Chop the garlic to increase the contact surface. Take 50 cc from the oil bottle and add the chopped garlic. Let it marinate for a week. Take out the garlic and filter with a strainer. Exquisite condiment for all types of foods.
