Recipe:
– Wash fresh lemons well, dry and grate the peel
– Dry in the sun for three days (it should not be humid to avoid fermentation)
– Take 50 cc from the bottle of olive oil and add the grated lemon peel
– Let it marinate for a week
– Remove the lemon zest and filter with a strainer
